Ohshima processes a variety of hollow profiles including round, square, oval and rectangle tubes of varying wall thicknesses.

Ohshima utilises the latest CNC tube bending technology. Our state of the art equipment allows us to process multiple bends with tight radii while eliminating wall-thinning or the need to collapse the inside of the bend. Our technology and our processes ensure material integrity is maintained throughout the the manufacturing cycle.

We can bend material up to 63.5mm OD and can draw or roll bend a variety of materials including, Aluminium, Inconel, Stainless Steel and Titanium.
